Terms of Service

1. The service

uWarmly is an assistant that reminds you about dates that matter and drafts messages you may choose to send. uWarmly never sends messages on your behalf; you are always the sender of anything you share. These terms are an agreement between you and uWarmly (“we”). By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account unless you're on a family or team plan.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Pro $4.99/mo, Concierge $9.99/mo, yearly equivalents) renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; paid features remain until the period ends. No partial-period refunds except where law requires.
• Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices may change with 30 days' notice — never mid-period.
• On downgrade, your data is never deleted; features above your plan's limits become read-only.

4. AI-generated content

Drafts are suggestions. You review, edit and own the final messages you send, and you're responsible for them. AI output can be imperfect — read before you send, especially names and facts. We claim no copyright over your messages.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use uWarmly to:

• harass, deceive, spam or manipulate anyone, or generate content that does;
• upload contact data of people you have no legitimate relationship with;
• resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service;
• violate any law, including privacy and anti-spam laws applicable to messages you send.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.

6. Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You can export or delete your data at any time. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service (store your entries, generate drafts you request).

7. Disclaimers & liability

uWarmly is provided “as is”. We work hard so you never miss a moment, but we can't guarantee delivery of any notification (device settings, networks and platforms are outside our control) and we're not liable for a missed event or for the content of messages you send. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections 4–7 survive termination.
