SMS Consent Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026 · Sender: uWarmly
Sender and program
uWarmly is the sender identified in its Cloud SMS messages. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include account or consent notices, celebration greetings, pool invitations, delivery or order updates, support responses, and separately authorized marketing. Cloud delivery is distinct from premium user-operated device sending.
Consent is specific
uWarmly sends covered automated or promotional texts only with the required prior express consent. Marketing consent is separate from operational or transactional consent, is not a condition of purchase, and is recorded separately. Consent is channel-specific: permission for SMS does not itself authorize email or another channel, and permission in one workspace or program does not automatically authorize an unrelated program.
Frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency varies based on the dates, rules, pools, orders, consent requests, and support activity connected to the program. Marketing frequency, when offered, is disclosed at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and other reasonable revocation methods
You may revoke SMS consent at any time. Reply STOP to a uWarmly message; common equivalents such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT are also recognized. STOP is not the only valid wording or route. You may use another reasonable method, including emailing support@uwarmly.com or privacy@uwarmly.com with the phone number and the channel or program you want stopped.
uWarmly will promptly suppress covered messages after a valid revocation request is received and matched. We may send one non-marketing confirmation of the revocation. If you had consented to multiple message categories, that one confirmation may ask what you intended to stop; unless you clarify that a category should continue, covered messages requiring consent remain suppressed. Revoking one channel does not revoke another channel unless your request says so.
HELP and support
Reply HELP to a uWarmly Cloud SMS to receive support instructions. For help with consent, delivery, or an account, email support@uwarmly.com and include the receiving phone number. Do not include payment-card details or gift-card credentials.
Consent records and changes
uWarmly records consent and revocation evidence such as workspace, subject, channel, purpose, source, timestamps, token or request evidence, and suppression state. We retain enough evidence to honor the choice, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Material program changes that require new consent will not be treated as covered by an unrelated prior choice.
