Gift-wish prices are per enabled employee, per month. A check includes every employee. Gifts, delivery, and paid services are priced separately; eligible service credits apply to services.
Your monthly credits form one company pool. Each $1 of credit offsets $1 of eligible service spending, wherever your people need it.
Credits expire 90 days after issue. The oldest credits are used first.

Review a plan for your trialThe monthly subscription is fixed up to the selected plan’s capacity. There is no additional per-employee subscription charge. Gift-wish service is $10 per enabled employee each month on standard plans, or included for all employees on Managed plans. If your team grows beyond the plan’s capacity, request a plan with more room.
Credits remain available until 90 days after they were issued, and the oldest are used first. They stay in a company pool rather than being assigned to individual employees. Credits cannot be used for recurring fees, gifts, delivery, or top-up charges, and cannot be withdrawn or converted into wallet cash. If your subscription ends, unused promotional credits do not become a cash refund or a debt.
The included 8, 20, or 40 hours are for individual coordination, alongside a manager and monthly plan review. Gift inquiry calls and approved incoming calls cost $3 per started minute, rounded up for each call. Personal operator greetings are $15 per greeting and automatic greetings are $5 per greeting.
